The purpose of the ONLINE-registration is that the organizers and the athletes participating in competitions, saving time in reception to the competition.
It meens: an athlete who has pre-registered itself, does not need to perform additional statements, documents.
The athlete enters through a registrar, pay the entry fee for participation in competition and JUST sign a petition to the race, which has already been completed/printed .
